Below are the construction updates on the progress being made at Marcella Landing at Deer Valley for June 2025.

• Storm water, sewer, and electrical utilities have been completed with local municipality with testing scheduled for next month.
• Concrete footings and foundation walls for units 1-5 and 6-9 are underway.
• Structural excavation for Units 10-13 and 14-16 has begun.
