Deer Valley East Village will feature a state-of-the-art skier services facility that houses everything from ski school to rentals, retail options, and a diverse array of dining establishments. Notably, the additional new gateway offers an alternate arrival option to Deer Valley via U.S. Route 40 with 1,200 new day skier parking spaces and promises to not only elevate the arrival experience but also ease traffic flow within Park City.
A New gateway to adventure
Designed and conceptualized by Extell Development Company, Deer Valley East Village is home base for Utah's newest year-round mountain resort, and will include state-of-the-art ski infrastructure in addition to on-site options for dining and shopping, local services and businesses, and entertainment for the whole family.
A TRUE ALL SEASONS RESORT
A year-round destination with an average of over 200 days of sunshine, champaign powder mornings and fresh corduroy runs make winters here a dream: skiing during the day snow biking or snowshoeing in the afternoons, and weekend snowmobiling in the Uinta Mountains. As the snow melts hiking and mountain biking trails open up to fields of wildflower blooms. A morning paddle board on the reservoir followed by a family wake-surfing session, an evening picnic of wine tasting in the high mountain fields completes the day. An afternoon round or two at one of the numerous regional golf courses is a norm, all topped off with a sunset cocktail.
THE RESORT
Accelerated installation of an expansive network of ski-lifts and miles of new roads and trails have been cut, allowing skiers and mountain bikers convenient on-site access to thousands of acres of terrain throughout the year – all while overlooking the Jordanelle Reservoir and Utah's iconic mountains. This reimagined resort village concept will feature multiple luxury and lifestyle-branded hotels and luxury condominiums. This world-class alpine village will be North America's first new ski resort to be developed in over 40 years.
