Below are the construction updates on the progress being made at Marcella Landing at Deer Valley for November 1, 2025.

• Building 1: Framing and steel install ongoing
• Buildings 2, 3 & 4: Concrete walls and chimneys continue
• Building 5 & 6: Concrete footings begin in November
• Building 7: Excavation nearing completion
