Paving is underway and anticipated to be complete by the end of summer.

Gatehouse
Gatehouse plans are being finalized as we prepare to submit for permit, with completion expected in 2027.

Tiger Woods Designed Skyline Golf Course
The Skyline Golf Course is officially open and ready for play. We continue to refine the course and landscaping as the summer unfolds, and we couldn’t be more excited to reach this milestone with our members. Work remains ongoing on all transition areas, and construction cleanup will continue throughout the season.

Comfort Stations
New comfort stations are on the way for next golf season, positioned so you’ll pass both during your round. The large station, featuring a full grill for an elevated on-course culinary experience, is passed on Holes 5 and 9, while the smaller grab-and-go stop is passed on Hole 12.

Ambush — 18-Hole Course by King Collins Dormer
Grading and hole construction is underway, targeting 2028 completion. With a design pedigree spanning Sweetens Cove, Landmand, and Palmetto Bluff, Ambush will set a new standard for mountain golf in Utah.

Golf Center (Golf Shop, Range, Training Facility)
The Golf Shop will offer a full retail experience, and the Training Facility will feature covered outdoor hitting bays plus two indoor bays with TrackMan technology and an indoor putting green. Shaping is underway on the Range now, with seeding planned for summer 2027.

Family Clubhouse
Mass excavation is underway on site, and the team is finalizing contractor selection. Designed by Swaback, the architecture firm behind celebrated clubhouses at Martis Camp, Big Horn, and other notable national clubs, the Family Clubhouse will serve as the social heart of the golf experience, featuring a full-service restaurant, wellness spaces, and panoramic Wasatch views, with a target opening of Summer 2028.
