Below are the construction updates on the progress being made at Marcella Landing at Deer Valley for July 2025.

• Horn Court Extension: All roadway utilities, curbing, and asphalt have been completed from the existing roadway through to Mayflower Mine Road.
• Building 1: Footings and Level 1 concrete walls are complete. Board-formed chimney construction is in progress.
• Building 2: Footings are approximately 75% complete.
• Buildings 3 & 4: Excavation activities are complete.
