Below are the construction updates on the progress being made at Marcella Landing at Deer Valley for August 2025.

• Building 1: Chimneys and wall completed through level 2.
• Building 2: Completed the first wall and chimney pours.
• Building 3: Concrete work to begin August 1.
• Building 4: Rebar in fabrication and preparing for late August installation.
