Below are the construction updates on the progress being made at Marcella Landing at Deer Valley for December 1, 2025.

• Building 1: Framing ongoing with the first unit topping out steel
• Buildings 2, 3 & 4: Concrete foundations and chimneys continue
• Building 5, 6 & 7: Concrete footings will begin in December
• Ski Amenity: Civil and wall construction has begun
