Below are the construction updates on the progress being made at Marcella Landing at Deer Valley for October 1, 2025.

• Building: Structural steel and wood framing has begun.
• Building 2: Continue with vertical walls and chimneys.
• Building 3: Completed footing pours and Level 0 Walls/Chimneys.
• Building 4: Footings are underway.
• Building 5: Footings are scheduled to begin in October.
• Buildings 6 & 7: Excavation has been completed and awaiting rebar for footings.
• Final paving of Horn Court extension and shared driveways completed.
• Civil Infrastructure for Ski Amenity buildings will begin October 2025.
