Below are the construction updates on the progress being made at Marcella Jordanelle Ridge for Spring 2025.

• Irrigation lake completed and filled.
• The irrigation system has been turned on and water is flowing.
• Sod has been installed on holes 3, 5, 6, 7, 11, 10.
• Topsoil is being hauled and placed on remaining holes in anticipation of sod installation.
• Driving range grading is 90% completed.
