Below are the construction updates on the progress being made at Marcella Jordanelle Ridge for October 2025.

• 14 holes of the Skyline golf course have been completely grassed (as of 9/25).
• 16 green complexes of the Skyline golf course have been grassed (as of 9/25).
• Water feature construction is scheduled to begin the last week of September (holes 1 and 18)
