We have officially broken ground on the Marcella Mountain Lodge (The Lodge), a pivotal
development in the expansion of Deer Valley East Village! Marking the debut of Marcella
within Deer Valley, the team behind the nearly 22,000 sqft ski lodge is developer Reef
Capital Partners, architect Tom Kundig, interior designer Anne-Marie Barton and general
contractor Jackson Leroy.Â
Once completed, The Lodge will emerge as a cornerstone, bridging the vibrant residential
community with the dynamic ski village environment. To enhance the Marcella lifestyle, it
will offer shared amenities and social spaces that cater to an active and engaging
community. From ski-in/ski-out access to the immersive experience of an indoor pool that
cantilevers into nature, every detail is intentional.Â
As part of the Marcella network of amenities, The Lodge will serve as the community’s
