James Beard Award-winning Chef Galen Zamarra will oversee food and beverage offerings at Marcella, providing a myriad of options for all palates and occasions. In addition to our brasserie and patisserie, the Private Chef ’s Table will offer a ten-course gastronomic experience for groups up to ten people.
