Summer 2026

The Marcella Lodge at Deer Valley East Village continues to make strong, visible progress, with structural steel now complete through the roofline and framing advancing steadily across multiple levels of the building. Exterior envelope work is actively underway, including sheathing and weatherproofing, while interior rough-ins and vertical circulation cores are progressing in parallel. The structure will be “topped-out” in August. Key milestones continue to be met across trades, and the project remains well-positioned and on track for a late summer/early fall 2027 delivery.
