Below are the construction updates on the progress being made at Marcella Landing at Deer Valley for September 2025.

• Building 1: Townhomes back filled and prepped for slab on grade
• Building 1: Prepping for framing and steel in September
• Building 2: Concrete wall and chimneys progressing
• Building 3: Concrete footings and walls started
• Building 4: Clay soil remediation ongoing
• Buildings 6 & 7: Began excavation and clay removal
