• Soil nails have been successfully installed for road and excavation support for Buildings 1-4
• The installation of sanitary sewer and stormwater mainlines has been completed
• Foundation excavation for Buildings 1 and 2 has been successfully completed
• Building permits have been obtained for Buildings 1-3
